I want apologize for the slight delay we had about your refund. The
fact is that your problem happened during the holidays when we close
for our yearly vacation.
Unfortunately we have to issue credits only upon receipt of
merchandise, and you package was received on Jan. 4th, 2005 and
credit was issued the 10th of January... We were kind of backed
up... Sorry, we definitely try to do better next time... Thank

Your feedback was received and we are glad for the ratings you have
given us as well as for your comments.
We are really sorry for your unsatisfactory situation about the
second spoon rest we sent you, and I wish you would have contacted
us about this matter. There are NO shipping charges to “replace” a
defective items.
Shipping costs are not refundable for returns like when you change
your mind etc… We will gladly exchange your spoon rest 1142-VEC.
Unfortunately at this time that specific item is out of stock but we
are expecting it by end of February 2005. PLEASE, give us a call; we
could issue a replacement slip so that we can ship it to you as soon
as it will arrive.
Upon receipt you will repack the defective one and we will arrange
for FedEx to pick it up at no charge for you!
Because each piece of Majolica and Ceramic is individually crafted,
you may notice slight variations in color and size.
Occasionally you will note fingerprints, paint smudges, and
looseness of lids.
These variances should not be considered as imperfections, but as
evidence of fine, hand-crafted work.

Thank you. Sorry for the negative
report. As I mentioned I am thrilled with the first two items I
purchased from you.. two items that were for me and my new
kitchen. That last spoon rest is to be gift. I will call
tomorrow to arrange a swap for a new spoon rest. Again thanks.
I can wait to give the spoon rest until I have one that is in
better shape.

About the items that did not match your previous Garofano
piece:
You purchased the previous piece from another company, which
most likely buys from a different Italian vendor than
ours...
Since these are all hand made items, every factory use a
slightly different glaze.
Even the patterns are often different also because hand
painted by another painter and unfortunately there no much
we can do about it.
Although all of them are pretty similar, the distinctive
patterns and different color tones is part of the
characteristics of our ceramics.

matter was SOLVED!
Although, for programming limitations, we were not able to show
the pictures of the products in the cart, we managed to add a
button (View Item), that will easily take you back to view that
specific product!

today or Monday.
The call tag to return your other items was mailed to you today
and therefore you should get it within a few days.Please repack
the wall plate using the SAME packaging it was shipped with, and
attach the FedEx label on top of the original one.
We are sorry for this inconvenient and we
look forward to receive your wall plate back to better
understand the nature of the glazing damaged you complained.
