These classic dark chocolate truffles offer a delightful combination of rich cocoa and hazelnuts, featuring a chocolate gianduia center topped with a crunchy whole hazelnut, all enveloped in smooth dark chocolate.
The 'Baci' are the Italian's most romantic chocolate!
The term "Baci" means "kisses" in English. This delicious treat was created in 1922 in Perugia, Italy, by Luisa Spagnoli, a visionary confectionery entrepreneur.
It's interesting to note that both the Deruta ceramics and Baci originate from the same region, Umbria. Perugia is just a few miles north of Deruta, making this bundle a "perfect match"!
