If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us!
We will gladly exchange it for the same or another product, or issue a full refund* upon receipt of your return. No Problem!

Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):
1) Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
2) Enclosed is a copy of your Packing Slip or Order Receipt.
3) Write us a note stating the reason for your return and if you like a replacement or a refund.
4) Please return your package fully insured via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service to:

Keep your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow about 2 weeks for refund processing.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should a shipment arrive damaged, you must contact us within 5 (Five) days from merchandise receipt.
We will place the claim with the carrier insurance and a replacement will be promptly sent to you!

SHORTAGES
Report any shortages or shipping errors immediately and within 5 business days of receiving your order. Notifications made after this time will not be accepted.
